Group Chief of Staff
Fahad Shehail is the Group Chief of Staff at Bee’ah the Sharjah Environment Co., the Middle East’s leading award-winning fully integrated environment and waste management company.
Fahad Shehail joined Bee’ah in 2013 as Managing Director of Waste Collection, a position he thrived in before being appointed as Chief Operating Officer in 2014. In his current position Fahad demonstrates his talent as a skilful manager with an ability to accomplish strict objectives. His capacity to deal with resistance to change, planning for short and long term strategies and ability to achieve sustainable business growth are central to his success in this position.
As part of his role, Fahad is responsible for international liaison, committee work and dealing with foreign companies; all of which require strong leadership, well-developed communication skills and the ability to brief high-level audiences while influencing decision makers.
Fahad began his management career over 17 years ago and subsequently excelled in numerous positions including a variety of projects with Sharjah Municipality. This experience allowed Fahad to demonstrate his capability to successfully negotiate large scale win-win compromises, lead a department and develop strategies.
Mr Fahad Shehail holds a Bachelor in Business Administration from UAE University and has an MBA from Skyline University College in Sharjah with an emphasis on marketing. He also attended the first Leadership Development Program in the Government of Sharjah.
